Why is British Fizz worth a try?
Sparkling wines have been coming out of England for quite a while and Bubbly Tourist had occasion to enjoy several on a recent trip to London and Scotland. Give one a try the next time you are thinking about an alternative to champagne. If the grapes come from England, Wales or Scotland it is officially called British Fizz. Gotta love that name! British Fizz is definitely worth a try.
